This course combines everything a student has learned thus far; from Sports Massage 101, to anatomy/kinesiology courses, and all of the hands-on courses, melded into one accumulative group of protocols for power athletes. In this course the protocols will focus on three specific areas: the Feet, Hamstrings, and Hips. After learning the protocols, a student will be able to create their own 30 min-90 min treatment. This course is only to be taken after all of the other series have been completed.
Course Objectives:
- Identify the protocols for each of the three areas
- Be able to assess and reassess movement patterns for each of the three areas
- Perform a treatment session for each of the three areas
