This course is designed to learn the fundamentals of sports massage; what sports mechanics are, what they look like in action, what do they look like in the lens of a sports massage therapist when working on an athlete.
You will learn the components of athletic principles of motion, including:
- Speed
- Power
- Strength
- Agility
- Coordination
- Balance
- Endurance
- Angular Velocity and Torque
Then you will view over TWO DOZEN sports, what they look like, and areas of emphasis for massaging an athlete in those sports.
